Satisfaction. Your complete satisfaction is our first concern. If you're unhappy with any purchase, for any reason, you can return it within 20 days for exchange or refund less license fees, shipping and handling. No returns on any software

To make a return:

• Obtain a return authorization number, if necessary, by calling the store directly at the number provided on the packing slip.
•  Items ship directly from individual stores. To ensure proper exchanges and credits, items should be returned to the stores from which they shipped.
• Each store will provide specific return instructions with the item. Some products are subject to a restocking fee.
• Ship all items postage paid and insured.
• Software can not be returned, licensed material, shipping and handling charges are not refundable,  
• If you are exchanging the item for another item, you may conduct this change with the store, following their instructions.
• If you are returning the item, the store will instruct AM Products to credit your credit card once your return has been received.
